Normal hours of operation are 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. Monday through Friday. City utility bills and taxes may be paid at City Hall. ACH (automatic deduction from your checking account) is available for utility bills. Contact the Utility Billing Clerk for information. We also take credit and debit cards for utility payments. City utility bills are due on the 14th of each month. A 2% penalty is added to utility bills paid after due date.

A utility deposit of $200 is required for all new residential accounts. Deposit is payable at time of service request. Click to see our Deposit Policy.
