We have four different programs available to our residential customers:

Low Income Assistance Program
(Provided through a third-party for the City)

Our Responsible Appliance Recycling Program offers you a $30 reward for turning in your old, working refrigerators and freezers.  Call 800-922-3744 to schedule a pick-up or visit www.arcaincutility.com.

All rebates are given as a credit to customers utility bill.  We have an annual budget for all programs, so once the budget has been used for that year the programs will be discontinued until the next year. 



In addition to rebates there are many educational tools available.  We have devices available for you to check your home electronics and appliances (standard 120V) on what your usage patterns are.  We do require a refundable $20 deposit to check out the device and you may use it for a week.  The Energy Star website also has tools available on their website.
