The Economic Development Corporation works closely with the City of Gladstone, Delta County Development Alliance and the Gladstone Industrial Development Corporation in administering a community economic development program.  The EDC uses such tools as below-market sales of vacant industrially-zoned parcels, work with various city departments to seek outside funding sources such as grants and loans to further develop our existing industrial parks, administer a revolving loan fund to name a few.  They also maintain an active, cooperative relationship with local businesses and industry.

The Economic Development Corporation Board of Directors meets every second Tuesday of the month at 12:00 Noon at the Public Safety Building.

Terms expire in April of year listed.  Terms are for 6 years.
