The Public Works building is located at 27 Delta Avenue (across from Bay Campground) with normal hours of operation of 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. Monday through Friday.

Refuse pickup rates are $7.55per month within city limits; $19.00 per month for outside city limits customer; and $4.00 per additional weekly pick-up.  These rates became effective August 1, 2008.

The Public Works Department is responsible for summer street maintenance including new construction and resurfacing, storm drain maintenance, winter snow removal and ice control, cemetery operation and maintenance, compost site maintenance, trash collection and motor equipment pool maintenance.
