The City of Gladstone is soliciting bids from licensed food and beverage vendors to operate the Gladstone Beach HOuse Concession located in VanCleve Park from June 1 through August 28, 2011.
Bids will be received by the City of Gladstone at the office of the City Clerk on or before 1:00 p.m. EST on Thursday, April 21, 2011. Bid packets can be obtained by contacting City Clerk, Kim Fudala, at 906-428-2311 or the link below.
Please contact the Director of Parks & Recreation, Nicole Sanderson, at 906-428-9222, for a tour of the facility or for any questions.
The City of Gladstone reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids and to waive irregularities in bidding if it is in the best interest of the City.
Please submit bids, in a sealed envelope clearly marked "Beach House Concession Bid", to:
