Refuse pickup rates as of August 1, 2007 will be $7.25 per month for residential (within city limits); business rates based on number of pick-ups per week.  Rates for out of town customers on City pick-up will be $18.00 per month.

Refuse pickup rates as of August 1, 2008 will be $7.45 per month within city limits; $19.00 per month for outside city limits customer; and $4.00 per additional weekly pick-up.

Hours of Operation:  7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. Monday through Friday

The Public Works Department is responsible for summer street maintenance including new construction and resurfacing, storm drain maintenance, winter snow removal and ice control, cemetery operation and maintenance, compost site maintenance, trash collection and motor equipment pool maintenance.
